Summary
LocalVoice offers subscription plans (monthly and annual) and a one-time perpetual license. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one.
1. Subscriptions
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions
You may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically grant a refund for the current period. Refunds are considered case-by-case for demonstrable technical issues.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront. Refund requests within 14 days of the initial purchase may be considered for pro-rated refunds at our discretion. After 14 days, refunds are unlikely except for exceptional circumstances.
2. Perpetual License (One-Time Purchase)
Perpetual licenses are eligible for a full refund within 30 days if the product does not function as advertised and support cannot resolve the issue. Refunds after 30 days handled case-by-case.
3. Trial Periods and Promotions
Trial or promotional offer terms govern refunds for those offers.
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact support@localvoice.example with purchase email, transaction ID (Paddle receipt), and issue description. We acknowledge within 3 business days and aim to resolve within 14 days.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback before contacting us, we may suspend or terminate your account pending investigation.
6. Exceptions and Abuse
No refunds for misuse, fraudulent purchases, or breach of terms. Repeated refund requests may lead to suspension.
7. Payment Provider Processing Times
If a refund is approved, time to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and bank.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; changes will be posted with an updated date.
